Additional information
Time for Polish Superfruits!
A joint project by berry producers. Growers promote the benefits of fruits and the advantages of collaboration. The fourth edition of the project is now underway.
In addition to chokeberry farmers, the project is co-created by producers of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, haskap berries, black and red currants, gooseberries, sea buckthorn and hardy kiwi.
Growers show that by joining forces they can build the market together. In 2020, processors added to the offer, and the campaign became an all-year-round event. In 2021, the chain was closed with dieticians and chefs. 2022 is the time to set new goals for integration and build up the industry for 2030.
Work on a development strategy for the industry is carried out by the Jagodowy Core Team. It is a forum for cooperation between leaders and experts of the horticultural industry. Representatives of production, processing, science and consulting groups have set themselves the goal of identifying challenges and working closer together.
Both projects are funded by the Fruit and Vegetable Promotion Fund and carried out under the honorary patronage of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Poland.
